There are many myths and misconceptions about the role of the Product Owner. The accountabilities of the Product Owner, however, go well beyond managing the Product Backlog and writing User Stories. The Product Owner is pivotal to bridging business strategy and product execution in order to help the organization create valuable products.

The Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) course is typically a 2-day course where students learn how to use Scrum to optimize value, productivity and the total cost of product ownership. Tools are provided to enable students to relate to behavioral shifts, work with people and teams, coach and facilitate techniques, and address the organization.

This course takes an in-depth approach to the DAX language, teaching designers how to build models that extend the capabilities of source data for more in-depth, customized business intelligence solutions. Topics covered include proper understanding of DAX evaluation, controlling evaluation context, understanding relational functions, error handling within the data model, working with complex time intelligence calculations.

In this two day class* students will gain a better understanding of what it means to deliver value and how to express that value inside and outside of their organization.

This is the first course in TLG Learning’s Power BI Desktop series. This course lays the foundation for Power BI Report Builders. Report Builders will learn everything they need to create highly effective stand-alone and multi-page narrative reports using managed data sources, including the foundations of the data models that lie behind the reports. This course covers the use of both the Power BI Desktop application and the Power BI Service. We will cover usable features for users to become power users.

This is the second course in TLG Learning’s custom Power BI Desktop series. Using fundamental concepts of Self-Service Data Model Design, students will use Power Query to extract, transform, and load data to create manageable and scalable data models.

This one-day course is composed of two parts - Getting started with Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Empower your workforce with Copilot for Microsoft 365 Use Cases.
