Description
This class introduces Microsoft Teams as a hub for communication and collaboration, covering how to organize work with teams and channels, manage files, communicate through chat and channels, and make calls and meetings. Participants will learn to schedule and manage meetings, collaborate on documents in real time, and use integrated tools such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Loop components, whiteboards, and breakout rooms to work more effectively. The course also provides an introduction to Microsoft Copilot Chat, including prompt-writing techniques and practical ways to use AI to improve productivity in Teams.
