Description

During this AgileSparks four-day course, attendees will learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by using the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and the seven core competencies of the Lean Enterprise. This is a formal Scaled Agile certification course.

Prerequisites

If your aim is to take the SAFe® 6.0 Program Consultant certification exam and practice as a SAFe® 6.0 Program Consultant (SPC), we highly recommend you have several years of experience in the software/product development world, some experience with Agile, and ideally one or more relevant Agile certifications (Not necessarily a SAFe certificate)

Materials

The class registration includes:

Attendee Digital workbook
Preparation and eligibility to take the SAFe® 6 SPC exam
One-year membership to the SAFe Community Platform
Attendees must attend both days of the course in order to be eligible for the exam.
