Microsoft Teams is a unified communications platform that combines persistent workplace chat, video meetings, file storage and application integration. This course is intended to help all users get started with Teams, use messages and channels, communicate in different ways, and customize Teams settings.
By the end of class, students should be comfortable using the Teams app in their day-to-day workflow.
Students should understand the basics of using a Windows-based computer and be comfortable using the keyboard, mouse, start menu, and an internet browser.
