Project Management Essentials and Project Management for Professionals Programs

Springhouse’s Project Management Essentials and Project Management for Professionals programs will teach students the art of managing projects effectively. Whether you are starting a new career as a project manager or you are an experienced project manager pursuing certification, we have a flexible solution to meet your needs.

Project management is a formal methodology designed to bring complex projects to completion on time, on budget, and within scope. It is the application of knowledge, skills, and techniques to execute projects effectively and efficiently. It is a strategic competency for organizations, enabling them to tie project results to business goals, and thus, better compete in their markets. In today’s market, project management has never been more relevant or critical as companies are increasingly forced to accomplish more with fewer resources.

The classes, which are endorsed by Project Management Institute (PMI) and Scrum.org, will combine lectures, exercises, and hands-on labs. Students will initiate a project, create the supporting project plans and manage it through the project management life cycle to its completion. Throughout the program, students follow detailed case studies giving them the opportunity to assume the role of project manager, team member, financial advisor, and stakeholder to gain valuable experience implementing their project management skills.

The program will prepare students to sit for PMI’s PMP or CAPM certification and Scrum.org’s Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

The program includes free retakes for reinforcement, PMI or Scrum.org-endorsed courseware, unlimited lab time, and a PSM exam voucher. (The PMP or CAPM exam fees are excluded.)

All courses are taught by experienced and certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) or Professional Scrum Trainers (PST) using our Live Online virtual training platform. Springhouse is a Premier Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of PMI, a member of the Partner Training Network (PTN) for Scrum.org, and a winner of PMI’s Educator of the Year Award.
