| Springhouse Policy on Closings or Delays Due to Weather or other Natural Disasters |
| When there are occasions when weather conditions or other natural disasters cause Springhouse to cancel, delay or otherwise change class schedules and have an impact on operations, all students are directed to call the main number, 610-321-2090 and listen for an updated message on activity for that day. The message will be posted by 6:00 a.m. |
| Springhouse Cancellation Policy for Open Enrollment Classes |
| Technical and Certification Courses Cancellations received within 10 business days will be charged the full amount of the invoice. Rescheduling within that time period will result in a $200 rescheduling fee.
All Courses: No-Shows will be billed the full course fee. Substitutions are welcome provided the substitute meets course prerequisites. Application Courses: Cancellations received within 5 business days will be charged the full amount of the invoice. Rescheduling within that time period will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. Additional restrictions apply to students enrolled in a certification program or sponsored program. |
| Springhouse Class Retake Policy |
| Need a second look at a course? Springhouse gives students the opportunity to retake courses they have previously attended on our open enrollment schedule for up to one year. Retakes are based on a space available basis only and cannot be confirmed until 24 hours prior to the class. Students must own a current copy of the courseware in order to attend. If the courseware has been changed or updated, students must purchase a copy of the new courseware to be able to attend - no exceptions. Once a course has been retired from our open enrollment schedule, the retake option is no longer available.
