Organizations of all sizes often turn inwards seeking trainers and presenters on a wide variety of subjects. Often these people are selected because of their exceptional knowledge and experience or because they have achieved a particular level of influence and are trusted leaders. Others offer to provide the training because of their personal gift of communication or because they are a part of an internal team, sometimes within the Human Resource division.
Regardless of the selection process, the way they began the journey (or will begin the journey if new to this role) is often one of two paths: trial and error or trial by fire!

Programs within the Five “T” Institute provide skills and tools for people charged with leading meetings, workshops and presentations. The audience can be from novice to skill enhancement for more seasoned presenters. The three day class is recommended for those whose responsibilities include both delivery and design of presentation content and materials.

The Springhouse target audience for this program are internal trainers within organizations for whom such focused skill-building has not previously been made available. This program will be available quarterly in the 3-day format and can be customized for a client request.

Target audience is anyone responsible for presenting programs and intending to introduce their audience to this powerful assessment. DiSC® is a way of understanding and communicating more effectively with others. Whether in a business setting, interacting with customers, providing leadership or developing peer relationships, this foundational tool is a powerful basis for mutual understanding. This program offers attendees the insights into how to administer, interpret and apply the understandings from the DiSC® self-assessment.

The Art of Presenting

It is a full day of practice mixed with learning and is a somewhat abbreviated version of our 2-Day program. Video taping of the participants is not included in this special 1-Day program.
