Frontline
Supervisory Series (details)
Format: Four-½ day sessions, assignments between sessions.
Price: $795 per student for the series*
(*Call for organization teams over 5 people.)
Audience: Designed for managers/supervisors/leaders - high potential employees and those currently holding managerial responsibilities. For maximum results, it is recommended that several people from one organization attend as a team. They will be in the company of employees from other organizations with similar responsibilities and concerns. They will become a Springhouse Cohort Team.
Objective: To build a complete set of leadership skills. Students will learn:
- How to communicate effectively with co-workers
- Develop techniques for coaching and mentoring
- Develop techniques for working in groups
- Understand the impact of effective listening skills
- Develop effective tools to resolve conflict
Advantage of Cohort Team: This “team within a team” concept encourages networking and best practice sharing. In addition, as several of the cohort members are from one company, this creates an on-site daily accountability and camaraderie potential.
