Project Management (EPM) Workshop.
The EPM Workshop is a great, cost-effective way for organizations to identify their needs and evaluate Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server before committing to a full-blown deployment.
Facilitated by a Springhouse EPM Architect who has deep, broad experience implementing Microsoft Project Server, our two-day EPM Workshop will be delivered to the project management and technology team responsible for the design and implementation of the EPM System, onsite at your organization’s facilities. The goal of this working session is to help your team address real, specific issues and questions related to the design, implementation, use, and management of Project Server.
Specific topics will be agreed-upon prior to the workshop to help ensure that the most important issues can all be addressed, but these topics are likely to include:
