Springhouse Virtual Training Department
This option includes an experienced Springhouse trainer working at the client site as often as the client requires (1 Day per week to Full Time). The trainer delivers classes, mentors and coaches users, manages curriculum and handles all training registrations and documentation. The on-site trainer/manager is fully supported by all Springhouse systems and support.

Springhouse Automated Registration Tool (ART)
The Springhouse Automated Registration Tool is available for companies that need unique support for large initiatives or it can be used as the ongoing virtual training center. This web based system provides a private Web site for the client where approved courses can be listed with course outlines. Students register into the ART system and receive automated confirmations.
Cancellations, rescheduling and completion documentation are all handled by the system through Springhouse. The system can also be used as a curriculum management tool and questionnaire center for identifying future needs and areas of concentration.

Train the Trainer
Springhouse has created a unique and proprietary course called The Five T Institute. This course is aimed at providing experienced professional trainers an opportunity to refine and hone their skills.
